FAQs About VenYou’s Serviced Offices

Serviced offices are certainly becoming more and more popular in the business world, but for those considering taking the leap it can be daunting.

Not surprisingly, we get asked a lot of questions about what serviced offices can do for businesses. We thought we’d answer some of the most frequently asked in this blog which will hopefully help you decide whether serviced offices is the right move for your business.

I need a central location for my business, can you help with this?

At VenYou, we understand how essential it is for businesses to be able to base themselves in central locations. Each of our serviced office buildings – the Scottish Provident Building, Northern Court and Ascot House – are located close to cafés, restaurants, shops, bus and train stations and car parks.

What amenities and facilities do your buildings have?

We want our tenants to feel like their office is their second home, which is a big part of the reason why our buildings are so beautifully decorated. Our buildings have a number of fully fitted kitchens along with cosy areas where tenants can eat lunch and take breaks. The Scottish Provident Building also has an outdoor terrace area which can be used for relaxing or for hosting impromptu socially distanced business meetings.

Additionally, tenants can avail of a number of meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology. Should you need anything extra such as laptops, flip charts and/or notepads, the team at VenYou can also provide this.

Another major plus is that VenYou’s offices come fully furnished exactly to your desired taste. We’ll also set up your telephone lines and WiFi connection, so you don’t have to waste precious time searching for a provider. Tenants can also avail of reception and mail delivery services too.

I’m not sure if renting a private office is right for my business, what other packages do you offer?

If you prefer to work from home rather than in an office set–up, you can become a virtual tenant. This means that you can use the address of our serviced office building, receive a main number which is answered by our front of house team and can make use our meeting rooms when you need somewhere to host a client.

My business needs are constantly changing and I cannot commit to lengthy leases. What’s VenYou’s policy on this?

At VenYou, we believe in flexibility which is why our leases are short–term contracts running on a month to month basis. All we ask is that you give one month’s notice should you decide to leave.

Are there any hidden costs?

In a word: no. If you choose to locate your business in one of VenYou’s serviced offices, you will only pay for what you need. Everything is included in one predictable monthly payment plus your phone bill, so you’ll never be surprised with any hidden costs.

What size of workforce can you accommodate?

Most of our offices can accommodate between three to eight members of staff whilst some of our larger offices can hold up to 20 desks. If you’re downsizing or upsizing, the team at VenYou can also help you move into an office more suited to your needs without any disruption to your business.

At VenYou, we take the time to get to know our tenants to ensure that we can meet their needs effectively. Once you get in touch, you’ll be invited to meet our Client Services Director, Donna Linehan who will work to find out exactly what you need and find a space to suit you. Once we come to an agreement, then it’s all systems go for your new office location and your new business home!
