Welcome to our 'People Behind venYou' feature, where we will showcase a different member of the team so you can find out a bit more about them. First up is Steven, who will be a familiar face to many of our clients, but there may be some facts about him that will surprise you!

How long have you worked for venYou?

It was six years in July, but it seems like yesterday I started!

What does an average working day look like for you?

Working alongside Louise, and with the help of the housekeeping team, I take care of all the cleaning throughout venYou’s three buildings, making sure that they exceed the expectations of our clients and the visitors that pass through the buildings every day.

What is your favourite thing about working for venYou?

I have to mention Donna and Jonny, they are great to work for! I’d have to go a long way to ever find a group of colleagues like I have here at venYou! They make coming to work fun and feel less like work! The nights out with the staff are always good fun too!

What is your favourite thing about working in Belfast city centre?

I enjoy the liveliness of the city. There is always people coming and going, always great places to eat after work and always a bus to take you home again afterwards!
