The People Behind venYou - Meet Nicole!

Next up in our ‘People Behind venYou’ feature is our housekeeper, Nicole Cosby, who joined venYou over six years ago and has since become an integral member of the team when it comes to maintaining our five-star service.

Q3. How long have you worked for venYou? Six and a half years.  

Q4. What led you to this career? I was looking for a new career path – one that would open up opportunities to build upon my skills, and venYou offered just that!  

Q5. What does a typical day involve? A typical day centres around ensuring that each of venYou’s serviced offices are kept to an immaculately clean standard, which my team always takes great pride in maintaining.

Q6. What’s your favourite part of your job? My favourite part of the job is definitely the people I work with. They are all so much fun and are always on hand to provide support when needed.

Q7. What has been one of your biggest achievements since joining the team at venYou? My biggest achievement has been maintaining venYou’s high standards of cleanliness and service on a daily basis.  

Q8. Can you describe the venYou environment in three words? Fun, professional and hardworking.  

Q9. In your opinion, what makes venYou stand out from its competitors? The thing that makes venYou stand out from other serviced office providers is its willingness to go above and beyond for its clients, with no request ever being too much.  

Q10. How do you like to relax outside of work? I enjoy baking in my spare time.  

Q11. Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? People may be surprised to find out that I’m quite a creative person.
